Sales consultant Hannah was extremely helpful in finding... read more a bedside shelf unit that would match to my unusual height requirement, and with satisfactory width and length. The finished product was beautiful, clearly solidly made, with a substantial feel as well as the hoped-for good match to existing circumstances in the bedroom. The only feature of the entire purchase experience that was not positive was the 16-week delivery time. It's certainly understandable in view of the careful custom fabrication evident in the final product, but a bit long for the pile of cardboard boxes I was using as a temporary substitute. Overall: excellent product and service!
