She gave us plenty of time to look and was always available to answer our questions. She prepared the order exactly to our liking. The wait for our furniture was long, but well worth it. We ordered in January of 2021 and it arrived this month. It was delivered by two very awesome young men. They worked quickly and set-up the furniture to our liking. Our delivery team, Ethan and Zuwie were extremely courteous and helpful in answering our questions. The Amish Connection truly provides very fine well crafted furniture. We are very happy.

The dining room table has stood up to 7 family members and many guests and just gets better with age. This time around my husband and I ordered a sofa, a media center, two gliders, a coffee table and 3 side tables at the beginning of February. Hannah helped us from mid October when we first stopped by looking all the way through until I finally got over the angst of spending money on something other than college tuition! She was very helpful with furniture design, placement, fabric selection and coordinating with existing furniture. Little did we know coronavirus was on the way. Despite a pandemic, the staff kept us informed and our furniture arrived just about 6 weeks after originally promised. Pretty incredible considering how much stopped nationwide. Quarantining in such a beautiful and cozy living room isn't such a bad way to go. Thank you, thank you to Hannah and all of the staff at the Amish Connection. The delivery team, Zumie and Nolan, was punctual and very professional. Zumie offered to add felt pads to the legs which removed my concerns on how to protect my floors and chair legs. The entire delivery was seamless and one the most pleasant experiences I have had with delivered furniture. I highly recommend The Amish Connection for solid wood furniture. So the owner hung up and I called back and I told him the owner to refund my money and he said he would send it. Buyer beware on how delivery is done with this business. I would not recommend buying any furniture from the Amish Connection .If this is the way he treats his customers buyers beware there are other places to buy quality furnature. delivery which after waiting 4 months for my bed to arrive refu sed to deliver to Belen I did say that the delivery had to be on a Saturday

On delivery, I was given detailed information about the care and cleaning of the wood and sample bottle of furniture polish. The workmanship on my Edison Chair and footstool is outstanding and it is a very solid piece of furniture that should last generations. I couldn't be more pleased.

This is not the kind of furniture store you shop at if your on a budget but you cant match the quality of these products at any of the big box stores. The staff was really nice and friendly and even though I did not purchase any furniture at the time, the sales associate allowed us all the time we required without the hassle and nagging I've seen at other stores.
