So the owner hung up and I called back and I told him the owner to refund my money and he said he would send it. Buyer beware on how delivery is done with this business. I would not recommend buying any furniture from the Amish Connection .If this is the way he treats his customers buyers beware there are other places to buy quality furnature. delivery which after waiting 4 months for my bed to arrive refu sed to deliver to Belen I did say that the delivery had to be on a Saturday

The staff was really nice and friendly and even though I did not purchase any furniture at the time, the sales associate allowed us all the time we required without the hassle and nagging I've seen at other stores. On delivery, I was given detailed information about the care and cleaning of the wood and sample bottle of furniture polish. The workmanship on my Edison Chair and footstool is outstanding and it is a very solid piece of furniture that should last generations. I couldn't be more pleased.

My sales agent, Hannah, at the Juan Tabo store in Albuquerque, could NOT have been better! She was so knowledgeable about the furniture and craftsmen who would make the pieces for us. She happily walked me through all the customizing I wanted to do, which was a lot. She rapidly responded to emails I sent regarding delivery times and charges.
