This is not the kind of furniture store you shop at if your on a budget but you cant match the quality of these products at any of the big box stores. The staff was really nice and friendly and even though I did not purchase any furniture at the time, the sales associate allowed us all the time we required without the hassle and nagging I've seen at other stores. We had a great experience and would suggest this store to anyone looking for beauty and timeless quality in their next piece of furniture.

She provided a couple of samples of wood type and finish to help me decide on an optimal match to an existing bed (and wall). And she had a nice, friendly demeanor throughout the purchase and delivery processes that was clearly oriented toward maximal customer service and well as developing a positive customer relationship. The finished product was beautiful, clearly solidly made, with a substantial feel as well as the hoped-for good match to existing circumstances in the bedroom. The only feature of the entire purchase experience that was not positive was the 16-week delivery time. It's certainly understandable in view of the careful custom fabrication evident in the final product, but a bit long for the pile of cardboard boxes I was using as a temporary substitute. Overall: excellent product and service!

The delivery team, Zumie and Nolan, was punctual and very professional. Zumie offered to add felt pads to the legs which removed my concerns on how to protect my floors and chair legs. My sales agent, Hannah, at the Juan Tabo store in Albuquerque, could NOT have been better! She was so knowledgeable about the furniture and craftsmen who would make the pieces for us.
