So the owner hung up and I called back and I told him the owner to refund my money and he said he would send it. Buyer beware on how delivery is done with this business. The entire delivery was seamless and one the most pleasant experiences I have had with delivered furniture. I highly recommend The Amish Connection for solid wood furniture. She provided a couple of samples of wood type and finish to help me decide on an optimal match to an existing bed (and wall). And she had a nice, friendly demeanor throughout the purchase and delivery processes that was clearly oriented toward maximal customer service and well as developing a positive customer relationship. The finished product was beautiful, clearly solidly made, with a substantial feel as well as the hoped-for good match to existing circumstances in the bedroom. The only feature of the entire purchase experience that was not positive was the 16-week delivery time. It's certainly understandable in view of the careful custom fabrication evident in the final product, but a bit long for the pile of cardboard boxes I was using as a temporary substitute. Overall: excellent product and service!

We ordered in January of 2021 and it arrived this month. It was delivered by two very awesome young men. They worked quickly and set-up the furniture to our liking.
