She provided a couple of samples of wood type and finish to help me decide on an optimal match to an existing bed (and wall). And she had a nice, friendly demeanor throughout the purchase and delivery processes that was clearly oriented toward maximal customer service and well as developing a positive customer relationship. The finished product was beautiful, clearly solidly made, with a substantial feel as well as the hoped-for good match to existing circumstances in the bedroom. The only feature of the entire purchase experience that was not positive was the 16-week delivery time. It's certainly understandable in view of the careful custom fabrication evident in the final product, but a bit long for the pile of cardboard boxes I was using as a temporary substitute. Overall: excellent product and service!

So the owner hung up and I called back and I told him the owner to refund my money and he said he would send it. Buyer beware on how delivery is done with this business. We bought a beautiful wood bed here. It took quite a while for the order to come in but was worth it because it is worlds ahead of anything else... read more we saw in other stores. We also wanted lots of drawer space under the bed on both sides and this is the only place we were able to find that.
