She provided a couple of samples of wood type and finish to help me decide on an optimal match to an existing bed (and wall). And she had a nice, friendly demeanor throughout the purchase and delivery processes that was clearly oriented toward maximal customer service and well as developing a positive customer relationship. The finished product was beautiful, clearly solidly made, with a substantial feel as well as the hoped-for good match to existing circumstances in the bedroom. The only feature of the entire purchase experience that was not positive was the 16-week delivery time. It's certainly understandable in view of the careful custom fabrication evident in the final product, but a bit long for the pile of cardboard boxes I was using as a temporary substitute. Overall: excellent product and service!

This time around my husband and I ordered a sofa, a media center, two gliders, a coffee table and 3 side tables at the beginning of February. Hannah helped us from mid October when we first stopped by looking all the way through until I finally got over the angst of spending money on something other than college tuition!
