She was very helpful with furniture design, placement, fabric selection and coordinating with existing furniture. Little did we know coronavirus was on the way. Despite a pandemic, the staff kept us informed and our furniture arrived just about 6 weeks after originally promised. Pretty incredible considering how much stopped nationwide. She provided a couple of samples of wood type and finish to help me decide on an optimal match to an existing bed (and wall). And she had a nice, friendly demeanor throughout the purchase and delivery processes that was clearly oriented toward maximal customer service and well as developing a positive customer relationship. The finished product was beautiful, clearly solidly made, with a substantial feel as well as the hoped-for good match to existing circumstances in the bedroom. The only feature of the entire purchase experience that was not positive was the 16-week delivery time. It's certainly understandable in view of the careful custom fabrication evident in the final product, but a bit long for the pile of cardboard boxes I was using as a temporary substitute. Overall: excellent product and service!
